Bakri misses the boat

As Israel increases its pressure on Hizbullah, various nations are working to evacuate their nationals from Lebanon. The Royal Navy, for example, has rescued thousands. But one of those attempting to board a British ship was Omar Bakri Mohammed. Bakri the cranky cleric was kicked out of the UK because he was connected to a number of jihadi groups. The move to ban him came after muslims bombed passengers on London’s tubes and buses. Prior to that attack, Bakri announced: “We don’t make a distinction between civilians and non-civilians, innocents and non-innocents. Only between muslims and unbelievers. And the life of an unbeliever has no value. It has no sanctity.” So when Bakri begged to be allowed onboard what a great pleasure it must have been for naval personnel to tell him: “get lost, matey-boy!”
